Q: How do I ensure that I order the correct size?
A: Our shirts are generously sized to ensure you a comfortable long lasting fit; even after numerous washings. To ensure that you order the correct size you need to first measure your chest. Do this by using a tape measure placed up under your arms and straight across shoulder blades with the tape snug but not tight across your chest; this will give you your chest measurement. To get your length measurement take you tape measure and hold it at the top center of your shoulder and then measure down to your waist. Then compare these two measurements with our sizing chart and product specifications.
Q: How do I determine product availability?
A: We maintain inventory on each and every size and color of all of our products but sometimes, due to excess demand, we may be temporarily out of stock of a particular color/size. If your particular size is not available you will receive a pop up message informing you that this item is out of stock after you push the “ADD TO CART” button. We will not accept back orders: This way once you place an order you can be confident in knowing that you will receive every item that you order!

Q: How do I find out when I will receive my order?
A: Once your order ships we will send you a shipment notification via email. If your order shipped UPS you will receive the tracking number for your order. You can then track the status of your order by visiting www.ups.com,. If your order shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) then we will provide you estimated delivery date in your shipment notification email.
Q: How do I calculate sales tax?
A: We charge sales tax on all orders ordered by someone living in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and or all orders being shipped to someone living in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The sales tax will be calculated automatically for you. Further, the Commonwealth of Kentucky requires that we charge sales tax on the merchandise and shipping/handling charges.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We currently use UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS) for all of shipping. All of our International, Canadian, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Box orders are shipped via USPS. All other orders are shipped via UPS.
Once we receive your order, you can expect delivery to most addresses in the continental USA in 3-7 business days. For faster delivery we offer Expedited Shipping (2nd Day Air) only to the contiguous 48 states.
On International and Canadian orders we charge a handling charge of $10.00 per order to offset the special handling that is required.
Our rates are as follows:
Standard Ground Delivery:
Standard – Tier One 0 to 2.0 lbs = $7.95
Standard – Tier Two 2.1 to 4.0 lbs = $9.95
Standard – Tier Three 4.1 to 6.0 lbs = $12.95
Standard – Tier Four 6.1 to 8.0 lbs = $15.95
Standard – Tier Five 8.1 to 25.0 lbs = $18.95
Second Day Air Service:
Add to Standard Shipping: $10.00
Standard – Tier One 0 to 5.0 lbs = $20.00
Standard – Tier Two 5.1 to 10.0 lbs = $30.00
Standard – Tier Three 10.1 to 25.0 lbs = $40.00
If you place your order by 2 pm CST it will ship the same day except for orders placed on weekends and holidays when our distribution center is closed.
