Our Fabric Specifications

You can feel the difference between our 100% cotton and the cotton of other brands. Our cotton is noticeably more durable because it is spun tighter and woven finer.

Our Production Specifications

All of our shirts are manufactured from tubular goods which give you no sideseams (except for 7X and 8X) and thus no twisting or bulging along the sides after washing. Our fabric is also compacted during the knitting process to reduce shrinkage and fading. We also:

  • Coverstitch neck and double needle all hems.
  • Shoulders are reinforced with twill tape.
  • All garments are inspected twice and then shipped individually folded with a shirt band.
